台灣投資居留證簡介

Taiwan Visa Application 申請條件：
Foreigners who establish an enterprise and invest with NT$6,000,000 (US$200,000) in Taiwan can apply for investor's residency visa and re-apply for Alien Resident Certificate (Hereinafter referred to as ARC) within 9 weeks.
外國人在台創立公司並投資新台幣六百萬元整起，可申請投資居留簽證及外僑居留證。

Taiwan Visa Procedures 流程：
  1. Apply for reservation of company name and business scope.
    申請核發公司/商號名稱及營業項目預查表
  2. Power of Attorney (POA) Certificates notarized by embassy.
    台灣駐各地使館認證之公司代理人委託書
  3. Apply for Foreign Investment Approval: Common and Essential Documents (CEDs).
    僑外投資報備申請
  4. Apply for a ID Number in Taiwan
    申請中華民國統一證號基資表
  5. Open an account for the new enterprise in Taiwan
    來台開設公司帳戶
  6. Remit capital in
    匯入資金
  7. Capital verified and Approved by MOEAIC1
    資金審定
  8. Register company
    辦理公司設立登記
  9. Apply an Taiwan Investor Resident Visa
    申請投資居留簽證
  10. Apply an ARC in Taiwan
    申請外僑居留證
Documents for Taiwan Visa 應備文件：
Investment Permission with Application form, investment certification, power of attorney, inward remittance, approval letter or verification letter byMOEAIC and investor’s photo.
投資申請書、投資人身分證明文件、代理人授權書、銀行水單、投審會核准函、照片等
