Foreign Investors Apply for Alien Resident Certificates in Taiwan

台灣投資居留證簡介

Taiwan Visa Application 申請條件：

Foreigners who establish an enterprise and invest with NT$6,000,000 (US$200,000) in Taiwan can apply for investor's residency visa and re-apply for Alien Resident Certificate (Hereinafter referred to as ARC) within 9 weeks.

外國人在台創立公司並投資新台幣六百萬元整起，可申請投資居留簽證及外僑居留證。

Taiwan Visa Procedures 流程：

1. Apply for reservation of company name and business scope.

2. Power of Attorney (POA) Certificates notarized by embassy.

3. Apply for Foreign Investment Approval: Common and Essential Documents (CEDs).

Investment Permission with Application form, investment certification, power of attorney, inward remittance, approval letter or verification letter byMOEAIC and investor’s photo.
